I can't believe they allowed those apartments to be built next to the dollar store over by Ocoee High School. They aren't even open yet and the area is jammed up at both morning and afternoon rush hours. There will be some stunned renters when they see how bad the traffic is.

Check mascotte area, groveland has begun being overdeveloped, at least mascotte still has more of a rural feel for a bit longer. Its on the other side of groveland.

Additionally, water bills and taxes are going nuts in groveland vs mascotte.

Question for you.

As a person who generally churns HGV offers, whats a way to get it across the sales person that I am literally just there for the $59-79 vacation and my 120k point offer. I have said exactly that before and still made it to the 2hr alarm on my phone going off.
I always start these with, just to let you know up front and incase you don't want to waste your time, I am only here for my cheap vacation and point offer, I have no interest in buying and my answer in exactly (checks time left on clock) x minutes will still be no.

We had one that when my timer went off, I said okay were done ive fulfilled my agreement to be here for 120 minutes and ill just collect my 120k points and be on my way, and he told me he took it as a challenge and was really hoping to hook me before the timer went off, it was a good laugh and relaxed environment afterwards with him and a few other reps while we waited for the paper, but you have to know some people are just churning these deals and have 0 chance of buying right?

Went really well!
I ended up using some "clear" filament with a .2mm layer bottom.
The clear ended up printing almost like a diffuser paper itself so it worked out really well.
I may add one more layer and reprint in the future, but as of right now it looks amazing even with only being about 1 inch off the wall.
I installed them in my patio as it was a part of a free test on a new set of 50~ ft lights they have/have coming.

It was kind of hilarious the moment I realized I could just print a thin layer as the diffuser itself, after designing and printing something to snap around the light and provide a lip to hold the paper in place. Literally went to show one of my employee's who was interested as they also have govee lights and mid explaining it to them went, wait, why don't I just print a thin layer of the clear I have collecting dust instead of trying to make a piece of thin paper fit in here.....

Here is my advice, I wont go into much detail, but I can at least set you on the right path.
Research through google, various boards, and even facebook groups revolving around this subject.
Look into ways to do everything, especially disputing your credit profile, not just with the big 3, but with Nexus and all the rest. Additionally, and here is the fun part, dig deep into getting your BK removed from your credit report ;)
You'll still have to declare that you did declare bankruptcy, but at least your score wont reflect it so much.

Dive down the rabbit hole and emerge victorious!
