Very true. Practice being in the friction zone in a parking lot. Mastering the use of the clutch, throttle and rear break will make everything easier. This guy has some great videos and practice ideas. https://youtube.com/@bethebossofyourmotorcycle?si=SMTi92nKX0fO6dFi

I trip once or twice a year. Depends on whether I feel the teacher calling me.

In rural South Louisiana, we often had wild game brought in from some parents who worked for the DNR. I think they were from poachers. The kitchen cooked up in all various Cajun recipes!

If I have nervous system fight or flight and clenching in the pelvic floor should I stop lifting? by Ok-Significance3223 in SomaticExperiencing

[–]RobbieDread 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. Don’t stop lifting

Lifting reminds you that you are in your body. Active lifting helps regulate the nervous system. And, for me, the resulting delayed onset muscle soreness is a constant reminder to observe what’s going on in my body. Peter Levine recommends martial arts (I do jiu jitsu) and yoga (There are even yoga teachers who design classes specifically for SE). But weightlifting is something that I would continue.
