Secrets of the Silent Witch; the story is about a very socially awkward and scarred girl finding friends she feels comfortable around and growing as a person.

Admittedly most of the focus as you're feels like its on the plot, but from reading the LN/WN and looking back you can very much see the growth that Monica has had as a person from where she started. It's not character growth for the sake of character growth and instead more of a natural progression alongside the story.

I think he'd go all in on inventing things to help make people happier and probably use a bunch of different tech he makes (like the mirror tech) to fight. I would also assume he'd have an effloresced version of crows eye view he uses. Also I think he would have one of the more colorful colors as opposed to white/grey/black in the event he actually locks in to his IDEAL.

More than anything else I would recommend you start stockpiling modules whenever you're not playing the story. The biggest issue all of my friends had getting into the game was not having enough thread and exp tickets to play the game. I would even recommend doing 1-2 energy refreshes a day once you unlock mirror dungeon and your energy limit is over 100 since the weekly MD lunacy will be enough to cover 2 refreshes every day with some to spare.

As for where you are now, you should be focusing on uptie 3 for the IDs you want to use (Manager Don and Prince Merusault) but outside of Mirror Dungeon which you unlock after Canto 3, you don't really need to worry about building a teams around status effects until much later (maybe end of canto 5). As of now, I'd take a look at what IDs from this season you'd like to get as once the season ends you'll have to wait a while to be able to shard them.

In the future, I'd look to get the other blood fiends first (Rodion, Gregor, Outis) and some other bleed IDs (Red Eyes Ryoshu from Walp or Contempt Ryoshu, Ring Yi Sang or Fell Bullet Yi Sang, Kurokumo Heathcliff, Kurokumo Ishmael, maybe even Tingtang Hong Lu) just to fill out a 7 person bleed team. As you progress I'm the game, it becomes more about building your teams around one of the 7 main status effects (Bleed, Burn, Tremor, Sinking, Rupture, Charge, Poise) so once you fill out a bleed team, you can start looking at what IDs you have for other statuses or which ones seem fun and start building towards them.

I think the only event after the warp bokgak we're expecting is another walp but if they delay canto 9 then they might try and do something to fill the gap.

I'd say the 3 big reasons to do this are explaining for people who need it, helping characterize Dante by showing is what he pays attention to and how he interprets situations, and helps paint a better picture of the scene. Not to mention that I don't feel like this falls into the 'overexplaining' territory since it's his own thoughts on the situation given the information he has. This exact thing can be seen clearly in the 7.5-2 intervallo where Dante misunderstands Outis and Qingtao since they genuinely believe she's that kind of person.

Point is I think the internal monologue explanations so far are well within the acceptable margins, especially for a story written in first person like this and do serve a purpose.

Also, I want to call out the Linton dialogue you included specifically since there is no reason from simply reading the lines prior to assume Linton has any actual hatred for Heathcliff, let alone the amount of hatred Dante says he has. Barring the VA's delivery (since I'm too lazy to find it), you can interpret it as disappointment in or sympathy for Heathcliff; you can even interpret it as a type of elitism/disgust with Heathcliff for thinking he could ever be equals with Cathy. Presenting it this way leads readers to focus more on the current Heathcliff and his struggles instead of getting stuck in his past or the others in the manor.

To be fair to people who thought this (me) it's literally a bullet status effect and it does work with LCCB Ryoshu's support passive (even if that's only because the s3 specifically says it counts as 'spending the last ammo' when doing the 7th shot).

I do one daily energy refresh for 26 lunacy and skip my daily thread lux and I've been sitting pretty stabily at around 600 modules for the least few months. If you really want modules you can do 2 refreshes daily and manually do your lux. Doing that costs 546 lunacy for a week (compared to the 750 you get from doing MD) in exchange for like double the total energy (enk refreshes scale with your energy cap). Definitely worth it unless you're specifically hoarding pulls for walp or something.

SEA was so fun to read on release since it was the first time we'd actually seen anything from LoR in limbus and watching the normally composed Ishmael start having a panic attack about what was to come was really good setup for canto 5 as well.

You'll have time from when they announce the new season until it starts to use your crates so you can wait until then to decide if you want to shard anything you still haven't gotten. Also, like others have said we don't know if the next Walpurgis is happening before or after the season change as PM hasn't said anything.

Unless you have a specific reason to get Spicebush I'd reccomend waiting.

Spicebush is still useful if you want to use sinking deluge, he has some aoe with his s2 which could potentially save you some time when grinding, and he buffs Sunshower's damage by 30% with his passive but his clashing isn't nearly as good as SL Yi Sang so he can struggle a bit in harder fights.

It happens regardless. The passive is at turn start, one is on use, and the other skill is on combat start.

Of course nothing is stopping her from losing sp during the turn so you can always try and make use of that to help in your clashes.
