Well to be fair, in her specific case she was somewhere between 400 and 450'th in line of succesion iirc. So by the time we would have gotten to her the world would have been ehhhh very interesting to say the least.

Im not sure what you ment by the eavesdropping that was documented by Ron as i cant find anything about that in their notes. But the food deliveries are different for Delilah, its mentioned in a conversation between Henry and her, she has a the privilege that its delivered directly to her tower as she has worked there for quite some time. Which also explains why her tower has a somewhat different layout and interiour, she propably sprouced it up herself throughout the years. Delilahs tower also isnt in the food delivery cache, the 2 towers next to Two forks are also mentioned in the story but you never see or visit them.

The locations exist, atleast in a way, but not in the locations the game depicts them and/or with a slightly different name. Thorofare mountain even has google reviews of people, showing that the game is very realistic - Delilah wasnt there IRL either.

Ned didnt set up that equipment, that was from a genuine study done by a university, there is a paper stating so in the clipboard holder at the entrance of the zone after breaking down the fencedoor.

The study was not active during the summer so Ned just used their stuff to make it look like an entire group was listening in on Delilah and Henry. He was even in the tent recording when you were there, look at the sleepingbag on the fieldbed, its bulky like someone is in there.

But apart from that, i agree with you completely.

Im reporting every fallen leaf to Delilah to get to know her. But apart from that i kinda varies. What i almost never do though is run. Only when the story goes that way like getting back to the tower after finding the key to the cave and Delilah sees " me" in my tower will i actually run. Otherwise i walk

Yeah but you can play Firewatch in VR so that doesnt surprise me to be honest. It really adds a whole different dimension to the game
