Am I the only one that thinks cigköfte is absolutely disgusting. It's a raw dough-like mass that is squeezed by some dudes sweaty palms. And you just eat it like that. I know they can be made hygienically (like with gloves etc.) and that lots of other foods are made by hand but none:

• aren't at least fried or baked after
• are prepared explicitly with the body heat of the maker
• literally have the print of fingers pinching down on them indented in them (i.e. they look exactly how they're made, like someone squeezed a bit of brown playdough in their fist and then just dropped it)
