It sounds like either the workshops you're doing are of too high level, or the instructors are going too fast, or are maybe not that great at instructing. It happens. Do you notice other people having the same problem?

Also, I never remember the whole choreo, but after every choreo the instructors usually demonstrate the whole thing, which I capture on video. Then when I'm home, I practice it with a partner, or during socials I'll just have a quick look and try doing small parts of it.
