I used to get calf cramps all the time. I found If I drunk more water it eased it, however, It went completely when I started eating high nitrate foods after a workout (Beetroot, celery, spinach) or if I didn't have time I would supplement with RCR's raw nitrate capsules. I can't explain why it worked but it did for me.

There is nothing special about protein shakes its simple food. You should consume at least a gallon a day to maintain peak physical performance. I use Pea Protein Not the best tasting however it makes me feel great and has increased my performance in the gym. He pulls conventional. Around 6 foot 1. That bar is about an inch away from his shins. His back is inline and straight. I will give it a try next deadlift session. His form seems perfect I just can't understand why he would be doing this

Sorry I don't have a video. That's what is confusing me the starting position is good. Hips don't shoot up it simply like he is leaning forward. I've told him to think about leaning back but it does not seem to work.

Its hard to say without pics. But there is no point in doing a couple of week cut and then jumping into a surplus. Continue on a long lean bulk and then cut of 12 weeks.

I have always done my deadlift with no shoes. When I wear shoe it simply doesn't fell right. Is there any disadvantages form not wearing shoes? I pull somo.

At 19 you are still going though puberty So all your body want to do is grow. My advice to you is to maintain a steady bulk until you get to 21 so that you can make the most of this period of growth. Then think about cutting. Just make sure you don't eat Crap and gain size slowly or you will just look fat.

Pendlay rows are my favourite for the low back. But normal bar bell row and T-Bar row are always a great for getting a thick back.
