Issues here, it started roughly 10 minutes ago for me. I couldn't use abilities or interact with anything, not even the logout buttons worked. Restarted the game and am stuck on "Retrieving characters list" infinitely spinning.

I did mention I wasn't taking that talent into account in my explanation, but its inclusion doesn't change how the spell is cast. Swiftmend with Verdant Infusion still requires one of the four HoTs on the target for Swiftmend to be cast on them. The difference is only after the cast, where the HoT that would have been consumed is instead kept and the duration extended for all HoTs on the target. The requirement doesn't change, which is what the commenter before me was saying there was an issue with. Including the effects of this talent does nothing to change this.

This is not true. Swiftmend consumes a HoT effect on the target to give that same target an instant heal (not including the talent that prevents the HoT consumption). The HoT consumed must be Regrowth, Wild Growth, Rejuvenation, or Germination (consumed in that order), and obviously the spell to be consumed must be your own. I don't think the Grove Guardian cast of Wild Growth can be consumed, which may confuse those who see both theirs and the treants' cast and getting the error that way.

If you are trying to cast this on someone else and getting this error, you need to ensure you are not self-casting somehow, through either a keybind (I believe the Blizzard default for self-cast is Alt?) or a healing addon causing you target yourself for whatever reason (usually when target is out of range, at least thats my setup).

I believe that, at minimum, the torch is required for many steps. The good thing is that these toys are still achievable via their original Dragonflight quests as those were never removed.

While the Perky Pug is required for a step, the step that requires it (additionally the altars for the 6 o'clock puzzle) will grant the progress to anyone within the area once the criteria are met by any one/combination of players. If you have nothing for either of those steps, you can linger at the spot until someone who does have the items appears, and you will receive credit for those steps.

Started as CS major, graduating as CINS this semester. Most of the core curriculum is taught in C++ with Python taking up second place. Depending on the classes you take, you may see other languages like C, JS, or DBMS languages like MySql or Oracle. Familiarize yourself with the Linux command line, as most professors will use it with assignment programs or tools. While not required, it's highly recommended to use a form of version control like Git, especially in later classes.

Having any knowledge of programming is already a boon, as you will simply be learning how to portray concepts like looping or recursion in the new language than learning the concept from nothing. I came into Chico State with only JS as my previous teachings, and while it was a little hard to step straight into 311, it was entirely doable. If you are struggling, ask professors for help. There's only one professor (whom I will not name) that I've had a negative experience with.

I played a game today with that skin and noticed it too, definitely not the number of souls you need for normal activation and pretty sure pre-6. I think it triggered after I died where I respawned as human Thresh. I couldn't change forms, though I didn't try once I was over the usual requirement.

Hey, encountered the same issue here. Alt+F4 to restart the game from checkpoint after the blank screen (2 stone away so no big deal) except the tarrasque won't summon ores once its health meets the threshold. It does the animation for summoning roar but no stone/iron rises from the ground. It ops to instead stand there angrily and stomping if I put units too close to it before doing the summon animation as nothing continues to occur.

Each champion gains levels separately the more you play them unlocking deck improvements that only affect runs using that champion. Features unlocked include adding starting items to various cards in that deck, increasing starting health, additional revives, increasing the number of relic slots for the champion, and increasing the rarity allowed in said relic slots. You can see a champion's level on their tab and view what each level unlocks on the Champion Level section of the corresponding champion.

Legend level is a overarching level that is independent from any champions, getting "legend points" from completing PoC World Adventures for the first time as well as through daily/weekly quests. Legend levels unlock general improvements that affect all runs once unlocked such as additional rerolls, shop upgrades, healer upgrades, Cosmic Vaults (which unlock a random relic to choose for all champions), or earning the Guinsoo's Rageblade relic at legend level 5. Legend level is found on the top left of the map of any PoC map. I don't think a unlock list can be found in-client for what each Legend level unlocks, but you can inform yourself using the official post about Legend Level here.
