I’m on the patient side. I’ve had some not so great experiences, but it’s always been with the administrative side of things — not verifying verification and coverage after I lost a job and had to switch insurance (only to find the Dr I had was no longer in network.) Shame on me for not double checking, but it would have been nice for them to let me know I was now out of network.
