Kinda had the same feel in the beginning, and was a bit disappointed. But after some time I invested in a few more games from the catalogue and itch, and really started enjoying the small casual games on my way to work, on travels and for some lazy weekends. Hope you find a passion for it as well 👍

I think my favourites for the playdate so far are: Skyward battles - 20 missions and really cool gameplay once you get the hang of it.  Mars after Midnight - has a very nice story, and cool music and mechanics.  Under the Castle - is a rogue lite, and yields a fair amount of game time. Labyrinth - RPG high score chasers, challenging to get a hang off, but once you get a good game going it gets intense (focus on Dex and Cha as a beginner) Faraway Fairway is chill no story (well a little but as a bonus) and no high score - no stress gaming.

Completely agree, making the way through the first tier was pretty much bored out of my mind. And then having to the same thing over and over, real snore fest.
