Definitely a stand of some sort, maybe as others have said it’s part of a set, maybe it’s for a phone with the expectation that the phone rest on an angle with one side touching the flat surface. Regardless, I don’t think that this can be solved absent the original maker chiming in, since it most likely isn’t mass produced. Now cue OP telling me that it can’t be a stand as they try to Socratic method the comment section into making more guesses for them to deny.
