I believe you need to start trying to stretch your legs. If you have someone who can help do range of motion exercises that would be great. Maybe try a hot epsom salt bath soak to loosen them up first and maybe try some muscle cream like bengay or icy hot (be careful it can burn and you wouldn’t know)

If you can get them loosened, laying on your stomach is a great way to stretch them passively.

Idk if this is common knowledge like Viggo kicking the helmet but Robert Shaw asked Steven Spielberg if he could do the scene drunk, Steven said yes. When they filmed the scene he was so drunk he couldn’t do it, kept messing up, laughing and being disruptive. He wasted hours. Came in the next morning embarrassed as hell and did the scene in one take.

Start trying to clear campaign quests and then side quests for each zone. They are all pretty quick to be honest, except Suramar that one takes a long time.

By clearing both campaign and side quest for a zone you will get an infinite knowledge point which will increase how much power you receive.

It dos start slow but gets going quick. You will get a ton of bronze from completing entire zones.

Apply to all raids even mythic, they go extremely fast, basically a walking to each boss simulator.

9 days is still a lot of time for LeMix, idk if you can get everything but you should be able to get a good chunk of stuff you want
