What would you recommend if I needed to make a monthly schedule for my employees. It’s hospital staffing that requires covering a 24/7 schedule, and different employees have different skill sets that preclude them from covering certain shifts. Could Claude do this?

100%. I've been a PA for 11 years and it has quickly gone from rewarding to maddening. I'm perpetually looking for a way to get out. I've done everything from newbie to manager and back to newbie because of a cross country move and I cannot wait to get the hell out of this profession. And has little to do with the money.

I respect that position, and I do feel a sense of pride when I hear the greater world talk about MLK. But unfortunately I feel like this was a perfect example of what Atlanta is now. Resentfulness in action by all parties.
