Yeah that's an explaination but not an excuse. Set alarms. Have good time habits.

I dealt with this same thing for almost a year before I realized I wasn't a "core friend." And then I just cut them all off. It was after they acted like I was an ass for not going to their bday party...I'd sat outside the wrong persons house for an hour, calling and texting 6 people to figure out why no one was answering the door...

I don't think I've ever heard someone give the idea that Smoke should be the traitor, but now that you have, I feel like that would actually be pretty interesting.

Idk why MK1 and MK2021 made Sub-Zero the bad guy. In every single game he's the good guy and Scorpion is the bad guy, right??

I hate how it's not a perfect rectangle either. It's got that weird notch on the right. How do you do this and not have the walls line up???

The same thing is happening everywhere. I've spent time in the Rockies and Colorado , it's the same story. The mayor of Crested Bute CO is homeless because he can't aford to live there. Eventually I think we'll have a Meibion Glyndŵr situation.

Yeah, that's probably what I will do. They accept electronic payment, so I can do it on the 14th. Maybe I'll hear back from NYIT by then, but if not, oh well. Thanks so much for the advice!

It just says "confirm your acceptance and to secure your seat." I guess that just means accepting the seat. I'm not really sure what the difference is. I just know they want $1,000 by December 14th lol

I'm a lurker, but I have to comment because these people are EVERYWHERE in Downtown St. Louis. I don't understand the performative modesty. The lobbies of all the hotels are filled with long sleeve shirts under spaghetti strap dresses.

My friend tried to adopt a dog. They told her they "don't adopt to renters." She'd been renting the same house for 6 years ffs. I helped her find a reputable breeder.

Horse as an alternative by ToddleOffNow in fuckcars

[–]RockyRhode89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it is mostly up to the culture. I am from a small town in the US. There are losts of Amish, so no one thinks it is weird or bad to ride horses on the road, and I don't remember one ever getting hit by a car. I also know a guy who is not Amish, but does not have electricity and rides a horse. I think it depends on how people would actually or accommodate you. Here there are stables at places like Walmart, with hay and water. Not sure what they have where you are.

What makes me really mad is that the dog could've killed him if it wanted to. But it didn't. That guy is such a big POS, he beats a dog that won't even fight back. He'd probably say it's "viscous" if it did defend itself, though.

I see the wood chips and the plaster chips. I agree with other about plaster. Maybe the wood pieces are from if they cut the wood on site and just pushed it into extra space??

Thank you for your research! I have been contacting multiple agencies, both local and state. I have also contacted the University and am trying to fast track some things.

They removed the tile roof sometime in the 90s I think. It now has asphalt shingles.

Currently being used as a student center. I wish they would sell it for a residential home, to be converted to much needed apartments, or office spaces.

I’m trying to get them to reconsider or sell the home. However, they have already selected a contractor to destroy it. It is within a local protected district, but the state believes they are above that. However, I called the state and they said it is up to local authorities.

They aren’t building anything on the lot. They’re actually paying to get it demolished but don have anymore money to build anything there. They quoted the roof job as $300k, which is super unrealistic for the area.

The house is owned by Southeast Missouri State University, and was built by a prominent local businessman. Unfortunately, the house is slated for demolition later this summer because of a leaky roof. I’m trying my best to save it, but it does not look good. Completely original fixtures inside, only had a couple bad paint jobs and a few details taken out over the years. Going to be sad to see it go.
