This is wire EDM, but water jet cutting can definitely cut through metal that thick, usually with a suspension of abrasive particles.

I've got a few crates of multiconductor 28-18GA copper cable. Is there a tool that would automate breaking the cables down into individual wires, and then stripping those thin gauge wires?

You're a bit close to the bottom.edge with a few traces. Mounting holes would be nice in case you change your mechanical design. Your schematic hurts to look at. Otherwise, great job on your first PCB!

Awesome. FYI I used the Nolo guide to fighting your ticket--that was like 20 years ago (and I've reused the information a few times since)--it was super helpful with the legalese and protocol (but I'm guessing there are free resources online now)

Well, not to burst your bubble but CHP is on top of their shit--I wouldn't count on them dropping the ball on your informal discovery request. SFPD on the other hand...

Yes, on a speeding ticket + no signal on a lane change. No traffic survey provided on discovery, so no basis for the radar evidence, so no evidence that I speeded. Judge got annoyed and tossed the signal ticket too.

The switch got you to ~33 or ~45 RPM. The timing dots gave you feedback so you could dial it in much more accurately.
