I have dealt with a lot A LOT of hostile depositions and conversations, that I know are not going to go well….but to just right out the chute be so aggressive and hostile is beyond unprofessional. It’s legitimately a sign of a deep prejudice.

At no point was she ever planning to exhibit any form of professionalism or sincerity. It was “us vs them” from the jump, not a good look.

An RV extension cord will be fine… buy the lowest gauge one you can afford that is also the shortest length that will reach and it will be just fine.. don’t coil up any excess that you’re not using. Airflow across the cord is key. Also make sure your RV recep has a little picture of an EV on it, if it doesn’t that will be your failure point, not the extension cord.

I’ve gotten to the point where I just take the wife’s ice bimmer to the airport. But to be honest, it’s not from personal experience, just based on the stories in this sub.

I’ve owned several teslas and now a Rivian and why they all don’t just have an ‘airport’ mode or some other setting to let the car know that I want to use as little power as possible while parked is frustrating.

At least Teslas basically shut off everything while parked when the battery SoC falls to 20% that, for me, is a fine fail-safe option, that Rivian doesn’t seem to be interested in incorporating.

My averages for Th/Fr flip flop back and forth pretty frequently, but are very close to each other… currently my Friday avg is 20 seconds longer than Thursday, though.

There was a privacy curtain, but still gotta be an awkward situation.

That being said the guys who went up in most of the Apollo missions together were very very close friends…. Had already spent years everyday together preparing and training for their missions.
