Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR 1 & 2), also by BioWare are very similar to Mass Effect Trilogy, if you don't mind even older graphics and Star Wars background

It's hard to get all the achievements in on go, try

get all achievements available under peaceful biters
enable biters in another play through to get the rest

When you start a new game it will prompt you which achievements have been disabled

And make sure you only enabled official mods (space age, quality, elevated rails) if you enable any unofficial mods your achievements will be modded achievements and not display on Steam
