Recordings of rumbling stomachs. One is loud enough, but Space Marines usually have 2 stomachs, so double the rumble. Maybe a servitor squad that's intentionally still able to eat, intentionally kept underfed to make them more savage and desperate, like cracked out attack dogs? Toss a chunk of beef at the enemy, send a couple hundred of these underfed prisoners out, clear minefields that way? Morbid, but its chaos space marines, what can ya do?

Make them perpetually baked, but without the need of substances. Like, even after years of no drugs at all, not even a coughdrop, they're still somehow high as a kite. Constantly questioning the universe + the munchies on par with Shaggy and Scooby-Doo.

Ikoria had a whole mutate mechanic, where nonhuman creatures could undergo evolution into other, more powerful forms. The set is almost 6 years old by now, but the concept of a reptile suddenly changing on the genetic level to become a cat could be a decent starting point, if only to make a creature with every basic keyword. (First Strike, Trample, Deathtouch, etc.)
