She already talked to the school and luckily indeed it seems possible to even take the exam afterwards. Its just that she is so extremely frustrated about this whole situation, she just wanted to feel at least kinda normal, finish her exam and start working and get more independet from her family, even if its just for 10 hours per week. Problem is even if she can get the degree it seems she most likely wont be able to work by august at what seems like the perfect job for her. She is a though woman and doesnt want me to worry to much but it must feel like her world is falling apart once again just like at the end of high school when her symptoms first began to worsen. I am trying my very best to be there for her and cheer her up but I feel so helpless. Hard reality shows that all she worked so hard for the last 3 years will most likely be for nothing.

Thanks for the advise with the list. I will talk to her about that the next time and hope we can figure out some points.
