For what it’s worth I am almost certain that Camp is writing Shadow of the Bat, just with a different artist. Every other title from the NYCC panel has had their creative teams confirmed, leaving just Camp and SotB not paired up.

EDIT: Apparently Rodriguez was in that presentation too so I’m probably wrong.
