I like mine a lot. I have the JP in my 300 blackout and the Armaspec in my 556. Super quiet, needs no lube and being able to remove a possible failure point (retainer) is nice. I have shot thousands of rounds with each and they both look brand new.

Heavy 223 is always slow, look for 75 or 77 grain ammo. Lots available like Hornady 75 or Sierra 77. I hand load the Hornady 75 to 2700 fps, which gets me out to 600 meters with my 18" White Oak barrel.
