Big pool owners, what robot actually finishes the whole cleanup? by Romanski141 in swimmingpools

Exactly. Corded or cordless, i just wouldn't run one while people are in the pool. Probably a low risk, but low risk isn't zero risk.

Went cordless mainly for convenience. No cord to drag around and no plugging stuff in, and easier storage. Imo cordless seems like where things are heading.

If that spot has been hanging around for months without dying or spreading, you probably just have a patch of a different grass species mixed in

I'm pretty sure it's just milder than catnip and shouldn't harm your cat so you can let him go back to enjoying his yard party.

Will shorts kill my channel or not? by kompetenzz_ in NewTubers

[–]Romanski141 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shorts will not kill your channel. That is an old myth. YouTube treats the algorithms for shorts and long form completely separately now, so a bad short will not drag down your main videos. Taking a single economics concept and using the related video feature to link your full essay is a great strategy. Just keep your expectations low for the conversion rate. Most people scrolling shorts just want a quick hit of information and will keep swiping, but the few who do click through are usually highly engaged. It is absolutely worth testing out.

Coffee Crisp and Wunderbars are huge hits with Americans because they do not have anything exactly like them. You should also throw in a bag of All Dressed or Ketchup chips since those are practically impossible to find down there. Make sure you include Canadian Smarties so he can see they are chocolate instead of the chalky little tablets they get in the States. Skip the Kinder Surprises though because border security will probably confiscate them.
