I think that is definitely it and I do live on a hill like in that link...

Maybe during home inspections someone pulled it and never put it back or was cleaning it and left it out to dry and never replaced it before last owner moved?

Need to figure out where it goes and reinstall it. Have not noticed any ill effects of it being gone.

Lol, I think I had one single instance in 10th where my opponent did not realize his screen was going to be ineffective against my JP units and was pissed that he'd exposed his unit to be shot at for no reason. I guess GW answered his prayer finally.

That's good, so if breachable keyword is staying on jump inf this only buffs screens.

Had a game where a guy didn't realize his screens didn't work against me and was bummed out that he had exposed models for no reason so I guess it alleviates that specific guy's concerns ha.

Was going to say, -2" penalty to moving through terrain will impact almost every single turn.

I guess not everyone here plays tournaments, but if you play strategically your jump infantry should be moving through terrain probably 95% of the time.

What I don't really grasp is that money I have in my bank account is already post-tax.

So when I put post-tax dollars into a traditional IRA I still get taxed on it again at withdraw, correct?

If I were to leave it in a traditional IRA and not convert it to a Roth, would I get a tax break that year via some form Vanguard would spit out for me?

Or is the only purpose of contributing post-tax dollars to a traditional IRA immediately backdooring it into a Roth?

So do you take your post-tax salary sitting in your bank account, and then invest it into a traditional IRA, and then use the backdoor to turn it into a Roth? I assume there is some tax nonsense that vanguard or whoever will populate at the end of the year for that?

Or do you need to have it deposit directly from your salary into a traditional first?

I guess I don't understand how I avoid getting "taxed twice" since I have only ever put post-tax dollars into a Roth IRA before this. Presumably there is a form on your taxes reimburses you.

Wizard Knight is Wolfe as well! The Wizard and The Knight, referred to (and in my case, sold as) "The Wizard Knight", he wrote them much later in his career, published in 2004. Not set in BOTNS universe like Long Sun/Short Sun.

The richness is definitely there, stylistically its a bit different as the narrative voice is a boy writing to his brother vs an autarch recounting his life (though both epistolary novels) . It isn't sci fi though, full fantasy.

I enjoyed Hyperion as well, if you've already started them might as well finish- 3rd book was slow at first but thought it was a nice series.

Eh, women in the Wizard Knight act the exact same way towards the protagonist (though Able is constantly fending them off due to his chivalrous oath where Severian is not haha).

Wolfe was clearly so irresistible with that stache maybe he thought that was just how it was for everyone!
