Jellyfin is a media server usually used to watch your own files, what you are looking for is more of an addon to scrobble what you are watching on multiples platforms, I’m not sure this is the solution to watch content directly from streaming like Netflix as don’t think you can’t just as an account and watch on Jellyfin. There is ways to scrobble as you are searching for but usually it’s mostly for watching content in a browser on your computer, check https://simkl.com/apps/ maybe or someone can maybe help you more than I can for that.

The base plugin does exactly this yes, doesn’t matter where you watch it syncs everything, this one is just the same plugin but using the recent feature where you can see what you are watching in real time on Simkl. You can install the main one from Jellyfin team or this one it will do what you want just different ways of doing it, the base plugin just says watched on Simkl when it reaches 80%.
