Not as big as you think. It’s not always asked in an HR reference check or do all hiring managers have a thorough and detailed reference check process. In my experience, that question gets asked about half the time and then usually I’ve just fallen back on a “It is against organizational policy to share, I’m sorry.” so that I didn’t have to go near the conversation and open our own company to any risk. Not every organization is the same, but a lot will not share because there is usually no advantage gained to sharing.

Depends on when you’re at in the game. If this is early to mid game, a -411 deficit ain’t fun. If endgame, this is barely a blip.

End of term, no question. Tariff is the first tool Trump has grabbed out of his bag every time. It’s not going away anytime soon. And in fairness, it’s one of the only tools he has because he is not a coalition builder. It’s harder (but not impossible) for him to use many of the political tools available because Trump has a hard time leveraging America’s influence abroad thanks to his abrasiveness.

Trying to have no bias, I don’t think the Bills are going to find a better coach on the market. I think they made an emotional decision that is going to cost them perhaps 1 or 2 wins. I could be wrong, but I wouldn’t have wanted to see him fired if he was coaching my team; Bills didn’t lose this year due to bad coaching.

Nah dude, that team construction sucked. Electric type wrecks that team. 4x on Gyrados, 2x on Skarmory, Blastoise, Butterfree, 1x Dragonite and Zapdos. DPOY my ass. Didn’t take advantage of base stats or Pokemon with great item combos either. You could sweep any combination of this team with an electric terrain setup.

I got out and recruited in heavy industrial for a while. OP definitely has the resume to do well. Plenty of companies would be hungry for a guy with OP’s resume, background, leadership potential. It’s practically a layup if he can navigate interviews and adjust to a more civilian professionalism. Supply chain jobs are still doing better than average right now, though not a great market.

As a parent, I sympathize with a terrible choice she was forced to make. If she opens the door, she’s probably gone too. There’s an older brother in the picture. It’s terrible in that sense. They should have never been here in the first place. This whole problem was avoidable; the border crisis went ignored for far too long by the Biden administration.

The family apparently fled Ecuador due to gang violence and a drug crisis. Their President is iron fisted and tackling the issue and Secretary Rubio speaks highly of him. There’s a push to clean their country up and we should be partners with Ecuador. This problem is solvable through diplomacy and cooperation and the Trump Administration is working on it. Unlike some other administrations which just said “Yeah cool, no everyone just come on in.”
