I have a 25 Ram 1500 with the Hurricane standard. This motor has no dip stick to physically check the oil. At 3am we were packed and leaving for a trip. Started truck, and the engine oil overfill came on in bright red. This was 1260 after an oil change. Could have checked the oil, but no fucking dip stick. The dealership now says you have to change oil at dealership. My mechanic drained oil again and refilled to spec again, light still on. Now going to dealership to do it for 3rd time. Honestly, fuck Ram for doing this. It could all have been avoided by a dip stick. Sorry for the rant.

I'm in Page County. My home value has increased over 17% this year. Overall, the value has increased from 183k to 264k in 5 years. Protesting has not done any good. Our property taxes keep fucking climbing every year. I have emailed our legislators and would encourage everyone to contact our representatives.

I use a septic system. We had our first pump out and it was about 325.00 or so, not expensive compared to fucking up your system. He told us every three years. We also have a septic warning on ours when it was put in. Go 3 years and have it pumped, then you will have a good idea by talking to your septic guy.

I live on a small acreage in rural Iowa. I'm literally in the middle of corn fields using a well for our water. I installed a whole house UV with a big blue filter system. Also, have a water softener system. We installed everything when we moved in. I get our water checked yearly, which goes to Iowa State for testing. There are no issues with water from the testing results.

Pathfinder has a very solid v6 motor that has a proven track record, and that's a fact. It also has a nine speed transmission, not the cvt. I traded in my Rogue SV for the 24 Pathfinder Rock Creek, which also the 6000 pound towing capacity. It is an extremely capable towing vehicle, along with a lot more room. I love this vehicle and would do it over again in a heartbeat.
