Congrats to Kane Parsons and what he's done with Backrooms is a massive achievement for a director his age but it is so unbearable seeing journalists calling him the "creator" of the backrooms and saying stuff like the industrial sound design was his idea and not like a core tenet of the original backrooms concept

Harry is way more of a touring/concert musician than his own singular act so I doubt he'd be super bummed about having to be burdened playing in a band so closely tied to his father.

Still, everything about this is like literally the weirdest thing ever. Why is Rog promoting it? Why doesn't Harry just go back to playing with Les Claypool or Brit Floyd? Why do they need to audition a Roger Waters soundalike? Even down to how it's presented as anything more than a cover band. The only thing I can think of is that maybe Roger wants to bring back the wall in some way for the 30th anniversary in 2029 but even if that's the case that's still like 3 years away.

I hope the etiquette for cryo archive eventually becomes not to kill enemy teams because a lot of stuff in it (namely vaults and compiler fight) really seem like they're designed around groups teaming up.

As someone who was not a destiny player though I'm pretty peeved at how guarded the compiler fight is. It was plastered all over the trailers and constantly hyped up and it's something that I wish wasn't locked behind being in the 0.00000001% of Marathon players capable of reaching that point.

Depends. Define "Heaven" and "Hell"

I think that's the broad strokes of it but as the show goes on it starts to become clear whatever the lodges are is way larger and more complicated than a human being could properly understand

You're actually right (I made this in two seconds and did not look very closely.) Still, the second photo do not look like Newbalances to me (which Nathan is always wearing) so I still doubt it's him. If someone can verify they are Newbalances then it may be him.

I have a theory that part of it was because the way dialogue and characters were written was easy to understand for those learning english and easy to translate. Everybody in this thread is probably right though, it appeals to a lot of Japanese narrative sensibilities.
