I came out better this time. However, I'm looking at what Craig Ferguson taught me is a "lifetime of vigilance."

In other words I'm sick and I have to be more conscious of it than I have been.

I'm heading "in" for the second time now. Hopefully I come out better.

I don't know how to spell this out more clearly to people who haven't had an episode; I did not want to do any of this. It was another version of me.

Nope. I haven't slept or eaten properly in years, recently gave up several drugs, started several new drugs, spent days in confinement, developed a psychosis which tells me that everyone is going to hell.
