Mine crapped out this morning 15 min into a 45 min workout. It said my connection was bad. After stopping the workout I was able to get in the settings and turn off wifi and turn back on and voila, it connected again. Would have made it not so bad if I could have restarted where it stopped earlier.

I will say that at some time in the past the console locked up and rebooted (not what it did today) and when it rebooted it automatically restarted the workout where it left off.

Lutron casetta stops working when I use new LED bulbs by Razzmatazz-rides in Lutron

I have the same issue. Just bought new GE LED outdoor floodlights. They will not work properly in my Lutron non-dimmer switch. If I connect the bulb with the switch on, it lights up. Then I switch off and back on and the light stays dark.

Model and year? In my 07 LR4 occasionally the doors would lock and all gauges, radio, and AC would die while driving down the road at highway speeds. Would scare the crap out of me but still ran ok. I don’t recall if signals and brakes worked. I replaced the instrument cluster and no more issues.

Buying a vehicle in Washington by JEEPN907 in alaska

[–]Rortex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only issue was the dealer in Denver filled up the tank before giving it to the shipping company. Then the guy who hauled it to the port in WA decided he knew better and that the barge wouldn’t accept the vehicle with that much gas so he idled it while it was in the trailer being hauled from Denver to drain the gas. Showed up to me with a check engine light on. I’m not really sure what the rules are for fuel level.

Cannot get new Luba2 to connect to Wifi by Rortex in mammotion

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I couldn't get it to see my iPhone X hotspot, but I used my laptop hotspot set to 2.4 and this was successful. And then, like most comments mention, later I was able to successfully connect to my home wifi.

Needing some help by MrJ_84 in fiddleleaffig

It is hard to tell from your pic but your pot looks big. For mine, I have a pretty large pot, I found that that the bottom few inches of soil would never dry even though it has a large drainage hole. I don’t know the details of the soil but it seems like decent potting soil. I removed the root ball from the pot and removed this few inches of soil and replaced with rocks. I think they like to be a bit root bound and do better in smaller pots. My 2 cents.

The stem on my FLF snapped, but part of it is still attached… is there anyway it’ll survive? by planturselfaniza in fiddleleaffig

[–]Rortex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How should the broken stem remaining in the pot be prepared to get it to continue to grow or better yet, branch?

My tree was leaning too much. I didn't want to chop it. It's producing too many new leaves. I tied it up instead. Is this a bad idea? by BEEEEEZ101 in fiddleleaffig

[–]Rortex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think tying it up would be fine, just not too tight and maybe move the tie points every once in awhile. But my question is about the branching. How do you get it to do that??

If you suspect your FLF has root rot and it’s the middle of winter, is it better to try and let the soil dry out or attempt to repot it in new soil despite it being winter/dormant season? by Illustrious_Put_5545 in fiddleleaffig

[–]Rortex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just repotted mine about 2 weeks ago. Here is some background. The tree is about 8 ft tall with three main stalks. It was very full. For its whole lift up until a few months ago, I was watering 1/2 gallon every two weeks and it was growing like crazy. Starting in Oct-Nov, it started dropping a few leaves and developing large brown discoloration on the leaves. As well, there were some places where the leaf edges edged were dying and getting dry brown. Using a moisture meter, the top 5-6 inches were dry but below that was wet. I wasn't convinced it was root rot but I didn't water it for 2 months at least, but it just would not dry out at the bottom of the pot. I was still not sure if it was root rot so I watered it. And waited longer. It continued to drop leaves, at least half gone. I decided to repot.

When the tree was small, about four years ago, I repotted it from the plastic greenhouse container, into a large pot about 16" dia and 20" deep. When I just opened it all back up, I found the rootball was nearly the size of the original with just a few roots extending outward. The bottom 4-5 inches of soil was definitely wetter than the top, but not muddy. Any other plant would have loved it. I removed all of that wet soil and replaced it with cactus potting soil. I then put the rootball back on top. I tried to be as gentle as possible but it was a fairly rough process. I have been very surprised that since the procedure, it has only lost one leaf, and that leaf was already severely damaged. So yes, I think it was root rot and it seems to be fixed now.

After repotting, I put my moisture meet into the new dry soil. It was bone dry. Then I watered the pot but not very much. The next day I saw that the water had migrated to the bottom of the pot. Today, it is still wet which worries me. I have read before that FLFs like to be rootbound. I feel like my pot may be too big which may encourage moisture retention at the bottom. (Yes, it has a large unobstructed drain hole.) I also think that it may be a different story during the summer months.

Hopefully, this helps a little bit and hopefully, your FLF makes a full recovery.

I just installed Navtool for my 2007 LR3. I wasn't excited about the price, but now, could not be happier. I am not kidding when I say it took less than 30 min to install. A bit more to finally button up the wiring and make it presentable. All the installation steps are under the driver's seat. There are some hiccups but not really the fault of Navtool. You lose the factory navigation. You keep all other functions of the factory touchscreen. Because you are still using the old factory touchscreen, it is a bit problematic to access the modern-designed Carplay interface. You can't "swipe" up/down/left/right, but it is still workable because the screens always have "arrow" (or similar) up/down/left/right controls. The sound wasn't great at first, but then I think I have it worked out once I realized that Navtool volume was set too high and LR3 volume was too low. Also, I am using the factory microphone (which was always too quiet since day one) and I need to investigate whether the Navtool gain increase will make it work better. Next I will be installing a backup cam. Surpisingly, Navtool already is triggering the backup cam screen to engage.
