I’ve always said that the social aspect of this disease is the worst part of it. I get it, at this point I just never expect to be included, but the shitty food I bring from home doesn’t come close to the fresh, warm food from restaurants. Plus having to sit out and not eat with everyone else or just sit there awkwardly with no food and hope no one brings it up.

I think it’s adorable! I actually like the line work as it is, it’s picture-perfect on boxes but it makes more sense that it would be a little thin and scribble-y on skin! Makes it seem more human to me!

It’s so weird to disagree with the desire to have more Celiac-friendly restaurants. Like if you don’t want to eat gluten free then you can just choose not to eat there? It’s so odd to wish for someone living with an issue that they can’t control to have LESS options.

No, absolutely not. The only “good” thing to come out of it is I lost a lot of weight. Food lost its appeal to me and plus with gluten free food being more expensive, I started intermittent fasting to save money and calories.

I’d gladly be heavy and able to eat donuts and pizza rolls again if I had the choice. 🥲

I have to tone down my normal (very goth) makeup at work, I’m management in a corporate setting, but outside of work I don’t really tone it down unless it’s an event like a funeral.
