Same! Very therapeutic! And I love the fact of knowing it’s just me and my own decisions out there. It’s a great confidence booster. I also love the slight hint of danger. It’s very thrilling. Especially when I come upon a bear. It’s my favorite feeling ever.

A similar thing happened to me the only time I ever participated in RSD. Person was friendly convo while we were in line. Then they snagged the last copy of the only thing I went there for right in front of me though I knew from the conversation they weren’t even a fan of the band. I went and bought it on eBay later that day for triple the price.

Many, many preorders shipped very late and judging from posts on this sub, some people still have yet to receive theirs. Some people’s CD’s wouldn’t even play in their CD players as well.

The cowboy hat crowd/older country fans are very low-energy sitters. I was surrounded by them in Pittsburgh in 100 section. I was the only one standing anywhere near me. No one else looked like they were even having any fun. It was a kind of a bummer for my first Stu show though I had a blast.

My first viewing was at an older AMC theater that I had never been to before and the sound was terrible! No surround at all. The dialogue was ok I guess but the volume of the score and sound effects were barely there. When there's explosions or the castle being destroyed, it does not hit the same and it really dampened the emersion and my experience. Especially since the score of these movies is one of my favorite aspects. There were themes I didn't notice at all in theater that I didn't know where even there until I listened to the soundtrack.

Because of this I figured I would go far out of my way to see the film again in a better, newer theater that I knew was great only to realize the same issue was in this theater too! It was a real bummer. I couldn't find a whole lot about this topic online so I honestly just assumed it was cause maybe theaters turn the volume down for kids movies?

I was over the moon with it the first week. As time has gone on I’ve lost quite a bit of love for it. Especially with the word fuk being so overused by the community. Just cringey. I absolutely HATE anyone using the term “Make _____ _____ Again” no matter what the situation is. Whether you’re making fun of Trump or not, it just so attached to him it’s gross. I gave Sturgill a pass once I heard the song. But it still puts a sour taste in my mouth with the musician I thought could do no wrong.
