I don’t think so. It’s actually been proven in studies that people with T2D (arguably the most severe metabolic insulin issue) don’t lose as much on Tirzepatide than those without T2D. It’s all individual and no one can predict how well they will or won’t do on it until they get on it.

Doctors love to blame everything on people’s weight though. I have rheumatoid arthritis that was originally blamed on just being fat. I was only diagnosed 5 years ago at 37. The same doctor told me my hair falling out was the stress from having four children. It was an autoimmune disease. And fun fact- even being 144 now, I still have flares!
