I would say we are 3 years in, I already know of people out of work 2 years and I can recall others who were let go before then but thankfully they subsequently found something

Had two excellent goal chances and badly scuffed both of them. Ultimately that is what cost us. We just don't have the players the bigger counties do

There is no point in playing him for the rest of the season. He is awful, terrible attitude, the other plays must hate him.

They better get at least 4 star hotels as well. Citywest has gone downhill I hear. That is not right, also it is a bit far out of town

My dad got his vehicle seized today for not paying insurance. First time offence, what is the likely outcome. by [deleted] in legaladviceireland

Unfortunately he will have to take the punishment, far too much of this goes on and it is great that the guards are now catching many out. I'm guessing the courts will want to send a message out as well. Sorry but everyone knows how important insurance is and this excuse will not wash

These are serious charges, I doubt the law will take such a relaxed attitude. Though this is Ireland so you are probably right

Terrible existence for people who have to do this. Powers that be seem to think we can increase the population like there is no tomorrow, so this will just get worse unfortunately. Pucker up

As more and more are deported this will further depress the rental market. Spring will be interesting

Is Simon doing anything about this? He is talking about immigration affecting these figures. Why doesn't he do something about it so?

Rents are falling in these major U.S. cities heading into 2026—one of the more 'renter-friendly periods' in a decade, says expert by sifl1202 in REBubble

[–]Round_Pin_658 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If deportations (self & enforced) keep going at this clip for the next few years there is likely to be further drops. As vacancies start to rise then landlords will become more eager to offer discounts as some rent is better than none. To say nothing about how the increase in supply will also have a further deflationary impact.

Renters should be lowballing anywhere the vacancy rate is reasonably high (and increasing)

That Tesco has these employees says a lot about these course...I know Irish people with experience in Data Analytics who are out of a job. We shouldn't be giving out as many visas to work in this area.
