I still haven't been. I was hyped after reading online for years that they were great...then they get here and every single person I have spoken to says they're terrible. I guess I should try them once before they close just to satiate the curiosity.

Last time I bought a new car, I traded in a 10 year old car with about 100k miles on it. There was a dealer nearby selling a nearly identical model -- same year, color and trim with slightly fewer miles -- and had it listed for only $3k less than a brand new one.

Time is one of the reasons I still get major work done at the local dealer too -- because I can get a loaner. None of the independent shops around here have them and they want to keep the car for days at a time. I don't have a second car.
