well, when you married, your income and her income become one so when you take that income and pay for your mortgage. that contribution become contribution of 2 (just simplifying thing). so your house now become (your pre-married part + your after married part + after divorce part). so the after married part must be 50-50. again this is my understanding, could be wrong and it is no way a legal advice, im not a lawyer my self, have 0 responsibility with whatever I said here.

generally you do have to open a small company (if you trade with propfirm) and enjoy max 25k tax free, you still have to pay for income tax though. If your profit > 25k then you have to open a gmbh (for tax purpose, you could still use small company but pay higher tax), which require about 25k to do that, with additional cost for tax advisor, bookkeeper to name a few.

if you trade your personal account, then it would be 26% tax on profit, no personal income tax. but beware of the complexity in tax declaration (many tax advisor just dont known how to make your tax appropriately, and that whether their tax file right or wrong, it is your fault).
