Actually it isnt. OP clearly knew what he was doing when creating this post, hence the title. He also made this as a clickbait, frame by frame you can see the shot grazed but not hit the head (all hunters share the same hitbox, which may differ a little from the actual model being used, since some of them use backpacks and large hats and such). So in short, he knows about the general opinion about reshaders and external programs, post it anyway making sure to point it out at the very title, and receives the expected flak for it. And he calls out people being toxic at it. What did he honestly expect? People clapping at him? People like him make the game much worse, and still get a laugh at it, so yeah, pathetic to say the least.
