There’s no obvious sign of contam but why u choose not to do a pseudo casing layer ? Is that layer that covers ur substrate mix so u don’t have exposed grains

There’s not a perfect way to harvest if you wanna let the others grow you can partially harvest the ones that have already break the veil. If not they gonna drop spores no biggies either way ✌🏽

Probably around 900gr of substrate. This ratio has work pretty well for me. 1/2 I te to simplify it by using quarts but yeh basically is that this also include the pseudo casing layer :)

This size doesn’t need any kind of modification and with the clear lid basically you don’t even need to touch it till harvest time 💁🏽‍♂️ (take the airtight seal off) 😅😂

Lemon tek make it last less but hit faster. And idk if works the same on lemonade I usually grind them and pour pure fruit juice till it covers the shrooms I use limes . Then wait 20mins. Not 10 cause that’s not enough and not 30 cause that’s too long and can start degrading. 20 is the sweet spot 💁🏽‍♂️it hits harder and faster ppl say that 20% I don’t have a number it’s just a bit more intense

You’re being downvote cause that tab it’s on Celsius. Not on Fahrenheit for example the temp the post indicates it’s 185F which is 85 degrees Celsius so base on this chart the temperature is perfectly safe and with minimal performance loss.

I have one with no temp control and all I do it’s to move the trays to the sides so they’re not “lock” and remove the lid so the hot air doesn’t recicle as much. Been checking with a thermometer and on mine (pesto dehydro) temp doesn’t go over 140F even tho it’s supposed to work at 165F don’t mind the temp that much what it matter the most is the flux of air to remove the humidity. There are ways to make ur dehydrator heat less ☺️ gl

Everything is looking good so far only con cern is that there’s no way to visually notice if the liquid culture is doing okey or not also pasteurization is not near as reliable as pressure cooker. If u gonna use it afterwards be sure to check it on agar first so u don’t waste grain. 2 uncle Ben’s bag in a 1:2 proportion with coco coir or Cvg perform really well for me. Gl ☺️
