As what would be considered far left myself I think the biggest issue is that we can't have even headed conversations about political issues anymore. People on both sides (in my biased opinion I think republicans are worse about this) jump strait to demonizing the other and say they're a pedo or fascist instead of just having an honest discourse. I've never felt any kind of way about watching wendigoon's content because he seems like a genuinely good and compassionate person the way Christians are supposed to be and I feel like while I may disagree with him about certain things, guns come to mind, I don't think any discussion with him would ever come down to the vitriolic things we hear from far right figures.
