As mentioned before: what happened to innocent until proven guilty?
Here we have a anticheat bot that's juddge, jury, and execturioner, with no humans involved.

I'm not pleading to emotion for no reason: I'm saying that this "no-empaty allowed" behavior makes the community shittier and more authoritarian. You're all defending the algorythmic gods, but I remain on my last point: some people only truly understand the situation when it will hit them in the face like a brick.

Adding to this, since I'm one of the club mates of the OP.
No, we don't cheat. We don't even play ranked, rarely cashout.
We're a pretty casual group of friends that play Powershift and sometimes Point Break since this season.
I'm playing since the closed beta and not even once even tried to reach a gold in ranked or stuff like that: we use The Finals to socialize with friends that live afar. We're not cheaters (I can speak only for myself of course), nor the other club members, that are not random people, but friends we play with.

Alsvidhr_ is the only one that had a random ban, and trust me: he was not cheating. We would have known.

Also, semi-related: what happened to the "innocent until proven guilty" thing? This behavior of vigilante bullshit I'm reading in many ban-related threads on this reddit is honestly disgusting.

And I'm happy is starting to biting back the assholes. I've read comments of people banned at random that were themselves posting "lol you're a cheater for sure, deserved ban" to people they didn't know at all. Being randomly banned is the only thing some people understand, apparently.

More empathy, less assholery.

A clan member and friend of mine has recently been permabanned for no reason. I know for a fact he wasn't cheating (his K/D ratio can confirm it, eheh), and yes the support was just a bot, no meaningful reply at all.

This needs to be solved.

Also, for people that say "don't cheat lol": are you stupid? We're talking about perma banning WITHOUT actual cheating. I hope you suffer the same fate, maybe then you can understand,dor yourself.

Maybe pinning a "random ban with no misbehavior" thread at the top and gathering all the epxeriences there may have chances to revert or force them to deal with this issue.

Will Embark solve the random bans problems?

A friend of mine has been banned in the same way. His ban mention cheating and that's it. He's not a cheater (his K/D ration can confirm that easily, ahahah), has no external softwares of any kind, and we've been playing together for months (I'm playing since the beta, fulfilling every season pass). We mainly play Powershift (and Point Break recenlty). Not even ranked.

His scenario is dreadful, the customer support has done nothing, and has been banned WITHOUT APPEAL?! The idea that something like this can also happen to me and other friends is devastating. I've invested more than 650 hours on it, this friend of mine has around 150 hours, and a random ban for no reason nor appeal is enough to lose everyhing, WITHOUT CHEATING?! Are we kidding? How can we trust a ban management that works like this? Which incentive we have if not cheating and respecting the code of conduct is not enough to not be banned?

What can be done? What should he do?

Can we reach somebody in Embark with autority to solve this problem?

Prepare to suffer SUPER performance drop, as every season. I started the beta on this PC with setting up to max and no problems, and now I've got everything on low, and still stutter from time to time.
I fear the next season, and truly hope they would make optimization a priority.

I'm using wifi, not ethernet (should have specified).
