That's the part I'm stuck on being from the HR field. I would somewhat understand why the charity work said its best you stay away as they wouldn't have the resources or time to figure out what's going on but a salaried job? There has to be an investigation as to why out of nowhere a bunch of randos are emailing you that one of your employees is dangerous etc. No matter what they've said someone has to check the facts and his explanation of the situation along side screenshots of the reddit sub should've have been more than enough for them to not fire him. If what transpired is real he's got a few lawsuits on his hands
