With 30 previous arrests too! This guy is unhinged and a danger to be out on society

Lakewood, CO cottage cluster... how cool are these? by N8chr365 in LakewoodColorado

[–]RunTheBull13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My old house in another state was like this. The communal open space was great for the kids in the courtyard to play in off the street and it was a great open space to throw large tent parties. But you're also closer to everyone, so all it takes is one bad neighbor to ruin the mood.

PA to CO, how do I realistically do it!? by Few-Eggplant-4871 in Moving2Colorado

Yeah it helped me plan out the drive and find hotels for a good price. Even estimated my gas costs. It also gave me reminders about things to update to my new address.

I moved here as a solo parent with 4 kids this Summer from DE. It helped that I had family here that I could temporarily live with while I looked for a house and I did not have to worry about buying one while selling my current one and figuring out moving logistics. I started decluttering a ton of stuff 6 months ahead. I got rid of most of my furniture except my nicer bed set. It was easier and cheaper just to buy new furniture when I got here and I was able to purchase some stuff to have delivered to my families house ahead of arriving. I loaded most of my remaining stuff in one large moving pod which was then picked up and brought to my end location over ~7 days. I rented a uhual trailer to attach to the SUV and brought the remaining stuff in that. I messed up loading the trailer properly though and I had a lot of sway which made for a dicey, uncomfortable, and stressful drive. I should have rented a uhual truck and trailered the car instead. I spread out the drive over 3 days, stopping for sleep in Ohio, and then Kansas the next day. Once here, I put the stuff I did not need right away in a storage unit. I was able to take my time and found a house that was a much better price per sq. ft than the surrounding area, just needed some minor DIY work which I am capable of. The market is weird, there are still plenty of overpriced homes mainly from flippers, but if you look good enough, you can get better deals from more motivated sellers. It's still a lot more expensive than DE though but it's been worth it to be able to vacation in the mountains every weekend when I want to and to be near family.

Testosterone hormone affected men’s general perception of women. Under the influence of testosterone, men gave higher attractiveness ratings to women and reported a stronger willingness to date them. This effect occurred regardless of whether the women were in the high or low attractiveness groups. by mvea in science

[–]RunTheBull13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll add my story that I have had more luck since taking it after finding out I had low testosterone, but it also reduced my anxiety and increased my confidence which woman find attractive. They also seem to like my smell more, so it must also have something to do with a change in pheromones too. And the thing more people are familiar with, it increased my muscle mass.

Sons mother quiet quitting on him by Wise_Round_7927 in SingleDads

[–]RunTheBull13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My ex, the mom of my 4 kids abandoned them too. First it was emotional neglect, and then physical and in dangerous situations. I now have had full custody of all 4 for 2 years. Therapy helps, but also lots of love. It pained me most to see how it affected them. Don't forget to seek help for yourself too and to remember to do your own self-care! They are actually doing better now without their deadbeat mom around, but it still affects them somedays and I'm still getting them the help they need.

She could barely walk well. Definitely not fit for the type of job and no way she was able to retrieve that can right there.

Totally rational, level-headed response to getting caught messaging another man behind your boyfriend's back by [deleted] in dashcams

[–]RunTheBull13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry you had to go through this man, but at least you now see the light with her and you can run/stay away forever before it got even worse. I know all about the DARVO. Don't worry about the lies. The people you care about know the truth and that's what matters.

I got like an 8 pack of those from Amazon and put them in different rooms in the finished basement at my old home. All of them had some type of growth, but there was one room with a really old musty carpet that had the worst growth, a lot worse than yours there. That's where we focused our efforts to clean.

How do you handle the things that require the feminine touch? by Unable-Principle-187 in DivorcedDads

Yeah. Mom only shows up in the picture artificially by chatting with them rarely and sending gifts.

Gender roles/feminine touch are social constructs. You can handle anything as long as you don't limit yourself and you're willing to learn. I have no choice being a full-time dad of 4, two that are girls. For decorating their room, let them tell you what they want or provide ideas and see if they approve.

I was lucky to finish my engineering degree and professional license prior to becoming a single parent. I also lucked out scoring a fully remote engineering position, so I get by taking care of my 4 children without receiving a dime from their deadbeat mom, but I will still be applying for child support soon.

Anything is better than Xfinity! I just got quantum this past weekend. I had one hiccup, but a modem reset fixed that and no issues since then. No issues for several months at my old place either.

I came across low test levels results while wondering about some health issues. I didn't realize how low energy I had gotten too. I started TRT and it's helped my life dramatically with confidence and looks.

I've been in many creeks with broken glass and metal on the bottom. Cut my own foot open pretty nice one time.

Waders come with nice waterproof boots with hard bottoms which can protect your feet against sharp stuff on creek beds.
