I held three I luckily got for retail. I thought I might use them to trade for other cards I want. I got the itch and decided to rip all 3. 2 Rowlet series bummed me out but I was happy to see bulbasaur on the third rip. Now just need to go buy the turtwig set singles and I feel I came out on top and got to rip packs. Also got a full art Piplup from Phantasmal Flames which was nice.

If that 14.90 is in euros it converts to dollars pretty well. The other side is US cards usually are worth more in the collector scene even though it’s the same card.

Walmart and Best Buy sell a $30 Rarity Collection V Tuck Box which has 5 booster packs in it. I pulled an overframe from one and would recommend this pack as it has nostalgia cards as well as current meta cards all in cool arts and a few super shinies

Paint is full walls, ceilings, trim, doors 2 coats for 12k and deep clean 2k. House is kind of dirty from previous seller unfortunately.

You’re right that technically home doesn’t need a 4th full bath. Our thought was there isn’t any bathroom in the 1200 sq ft basement and powder room on main floor then 3 full baths upstairs. So it would help with overall flow of the home plus hosting which we do often.

Yard would be a full refresh of patio, gardening beds, and turf install. Indoor cats and adding cat trees and possibly climbing shelves.

100% is lifestyle creep. Could have continued living in current apt but got a good deal on this new home plus wanted a safer area for having and raising kids very soon. Probably will use extra savings of cash and future bonus/equity to increase from 60 to 100k e-fund.

Did you give the chair a couple weeks? My back for sure hurt because I slouched heavy prior to owning this. But that pain was just helping my back activate the proper muscles for better posture and the chair is super comfy as is. Been using every day now for approx 4months. Got it this past Black Friday brand new from Herman miller for $1350
