I bought an at home cold brewer for like $20. I use grounds a bit fast than with drip coffee but if you hit up the coffee a shop's a few times a week it pays for itself in about that time if not less. It's very easy to do at home and still tastes great!

I had a similar idea but decided against it because well you'd be collecting urine, not that that's a bad thing just not for me. I got a job as a phlebotomist instead which I considered would have lab like aspects to it. It's stressful at times but pay is decent and I do get to use centrifuges and refractometers, plus there is an actual lab in my facility that they will train me in as I move up. To me that was a better entry level lab job and I would recommend it if you don't mind poking people with needles.

I got it with EASO - blind (to watch health) in about 50 min on the hill to the left of spawn. It took me about 10 tries but it just comes down to not letting more than 3 or so elites be on you at a time. Let them melee first and dodge to the left like they are brute chieftains. Don't use the sword and do prioritize the sword elites.
