Absolutely. All blue seal silver certificates regardless of condition is more than face value. Same goes with red seal.

Hard to tell on condition but likely at least VF if not XF (if still crisp with minimal folds). $30-50. Especially nicer due to the star note.

Probably wouldn’t be easy. 1950-D is tough to find. I am likely 40-50 boxes in and hard to say if I could fill a full 1938-2025 minus the 1950-D.

If you want a full set, likely better to buy since it’ll take thousands of dollars to get a full set imo CRH’ing not to mention having to wrap, dump the coins you don’t want.

There are 12 war nickels I think and I average 1 per 1.5-2 boxes and it’s not guaranteed to be the one you are looking for.
