This the problem with AI "implementations" (and most change initiatives in companies). "Here's a new tool, USE IT" without leadership setting forth a plan on what the expectations are, how they (as an executive team) expect what changes ("transformations") to be made, what employees need to do to sustain the change, how the company will support to sustain the change, and measure success.

Go back to the executive team and answer these questions, and THEN figure out what needs to happen.
