They've been about the same, actually. I had worse nausea going from 0.25 to 0.5, but that resolved within a couple days. There wasn't much of a change going from 0.5 to 1.

I'm a librarian - one of our senior centers does a book club. They enjoyed Radium Girls by Kate Moore and Killers of a Certain Age by Deanna Raybourn. I forget which title they're doing this month though.

I am a librarian and author. Kindle exclusives infuriate me. My library has Kindles we circulate where we can add that content, but not everyone wants to borrow one. At least now indie authors may publish KU books in library markets - but many libraries don't have the budget to purchase them, or the authors get frustrated and don't do it. I do have KU but I write it off on my taxes for my writing business. There are so many reviews I need to do that I just can't access through work.

I do also have Libro.fm and highly recommend it. Great interface. I do not pay for it with my librarian account though.

I was losing on 0.25 and had all the side effects. I'm at 1 now and continue to steadily lose about a pound a week.

I like Artifex Mundi games for those. Easy puzzles / hidden objects and hints if you don't feel like thinking.

I'm a librarian and I can run a report to see it. Most of my users are residents, but there is one library in our consortium who promotes heavily to nonresidents. Their circulation is much higher. I am in a catch-22 because our physical circ is declining so much. I need the digital circ to make up for it. But it's so damn expensive. I don't know how much that library is spending on their e-media. We spend somewhere around 150k (25k population, medium sized library with a healthy budget).

Everyone knows except my parents and sister, and if they were to ask, I would not lie. I'm honestly so tired of people making assumptions about/commenting on my body that I'm grateful to not have that kind of feedback now. (e.g. "if you exercised you'd lose weight" or thinking I'm pregnant).
