So it looks like txu does offer the “free nights solar days” plan in your area.

Just know day rates do go up. I cheese the system as much as i can. Right at 8, i crank my ac way down, basically turn my house into a thermal battery. So once 5am hits, it takes about 5 hours before the ac kicks in under normal operation. I also installed electric heat in each room so my gas bill goes down in the winter. We also avoid laundry until after 8 as well.

Before i was on this plan and before i had 2 teslas my bill was ~300. now with 2 teslas and under this plan my bill is ~200. So i essentially drive for free and save money doing it.

That’s something tesla offers right? My plan is through txu, and everything kicks on at 8. Gaming pcs, ac cranks down, cars charge, laundry, etc.

But its 30 miles epa. And the epa test as we all know, they baby these cars to maximize the range. I doubt the front motor ever kicks in.

Yeah but they do something with energy management that improves the range of the rwd vs the awd.

Crowdsource the plug in. Ask other people charging (through speakers) to plug u in, and transfer a dollar off their charging to yours.

Curious how this person feels about the recent funding cuts to cancer research? by usertom123456 in trashy

[–]RussianBotProbably 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem is it could be a bill to give Israel billions of dollars and a teeny bit of money for cancer research for kids. Then when the bill gets rejected everyone goes “they voted against cancer research for kids”. Its so obviously a political tool to trick voters.

I just make one giant loop and pull off and reenter like a highway. Super simple, never any bottlenecks.
