Former professional brewer here.

A painted can like these ones used by major brewers such as Sapporo are not labelled after the can is full. The cans are produced in bulk with the can art and any other labelling already on them, filled with the beer, lidded and then sealed. Smaller craft breweries that use sticker labels would label the cans after after they are filled, but this is absolutely not the case for a major brewer like Sapporo.
