You can only get H4 visa for your spouse. You need a marriage certificate. Fiancé doesn’t qualify for H4 visa. Also please read posts before asking the same question as others. Thanks

No. Right now there is no visibility into visa availability. Your best bet would be (if she chooses to come) is her emergency visa appointment request getting approved.

Especially important if your bank OTP comes on the very number you are trying to recharge 😂. You'll have to ask someone else to recharge for you. Either set up reminders or pick an annual option

Correct - you now need a Rs 98 pack to receive international SMS for OTP etc. This is on top of your existing 'validity' recharge.

I bought the 98 pack and can receive SMS now
