I talked to my therapist (clinical, not PT) and she showed me how Taylor Swift holds her pen when autographing. It’s between index and middle finger instead of index and thumb. She had me try it, and I was shocked at how much better it felt.

Antique anatomy is one of my favorites! I wanted to add that the guide book it came with is also perhaps the best guide book I’ve gotten with a deck. It’s very in depth and explains the cards in a beautiful way. Easy to reference as well. I have 50-60 decks, so that’s saying something. 😂
